Fun fact: Your IS is shorter than a A3, the Model 3 is like A4 length.

Ah, but it’s supposed to be anonymous. I read a review of the 3 which said, in brief, that it’s a coldly efficient driving machine which you park and get out of without a backward glance and without any memory of driving it. Many will like that.

One of the concerns of “premium” car makers is that electric cars all sound and feel exactly the same so there’s less scope for profitable differentiation.

Saw one myself the other day. Small and generic, had to catch up to it because the taillights looked familiar but I couldn’t exactly place it either.

Same here was a couple weeks back . It pulled out of a parking lot right in front of me and I knew instantly what it was but it just caused zero emotion. I thought it would be a little more exciting but once I saw it pass by I was over it.
